A pair of F59PHIs (I assume one is a rescue engine added in San Diego, but don't know that for sure) power Amtrak's late Pacific Surfliner 777 through San Clemente.
A longterm Amtrak clerk waits at the exact spot she knows the this Surfliner will stop at - so that she is aligned with the baggage door.
